About Our Founder
Dr. Rasto Mena
Founder & Chairman
Dr. Rasto Mena is a distinguished medical doctor and social leader from Arunachal Pradesh, known for his dedicated contributions to healthcare and community development. As the Chairman of Pen Drive Foundation, he leads initiatives focused on social welfare, educational empowerment, and youth development. He has also actively contributed to public health through medical outreach programmes and awareness campaigns. His work reflects a strong commitment to humanitarian service and inclusive social progress.
